You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or enroll in our program.
Reset On The Rock Inc ("we," "us," or "our") provides health and wellness coaching, including a step-by-step reset plan, live coaching calls, community support, and optional functional lab testing.
We are a health and wellness coaching provider. We are not physicians, registered dietitians, or other licensed healthcare providers, and we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. See Section 7 for our full medical disclaimer.
We offer the program at different levels of access and support, which may include a monthly membership, a full program enrollment, and an advanced mastery-level track. The specific inclusions, pricing, and payment terms for the tier you select are presented at checkout and, together with these Terms, form your agreement with us.
Content on the Site — including descriptions of our program, examples, and any figures such as "30 days" — is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not an offer, warranty, or guarantee, and does not create a contract on its own.
Fees for your selected program tier are due according to the payment option you choose at checkout (pay-in-full or installment plan, where offered). Membership plans described as cancel-anytime may be canceled following the process provided in your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing and does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid except as described in Section 9. Any lab testing, supplements, or third-party costs are separate from program fees unless expressly included in your tier.

We are not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or withheld health information, discontinuing medical care without your physician's guidance, or your non-participation in the program.
This program is educational and coaching in nature. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your physician or other licensed healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including any condition you have already been diagnosed with. Nothing in this program should be understood as a claim to "reverse," "cure," or eliminate a diagnosis. Any functional lab testing offered through the program is educational and is not a diagnostic medical test; results should be discussed with a licensed physician.
You should not stop, start, or change any medication or medical treatment based on this program without first consulting your physician. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a serious medical condition, or are otherwise medically vulnerable, consult your physician before starting this program. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately — do not rely on this program or its coaches for emergency care.
If your program tier includes or offers functional lab testing, testing is performed by an independent, third-party laboratory. We facilitate access to testing and help interpret results as part of your coaching, but we do not operate the laboratory, and the laboratory's own terms and privacy practices apply to your sample and results. Lab results provided through the program are for informational and coaching purposes and are not a diagnosis; you should discuss any results with your physician.
Certain program tiers reference a "30-Day Results Guarantee." As of the date of these Terms, the specific outcome measured by this guarantee, and the remedy available if it is not met, have not yet been finalized and are not stated on the Site. If a guarantee applies to your enrollment, its exact terms — including what is measured, how it is measured, the conditions that apply, and your remedy if it is not met — will be confirmed with you directly in writing before your program begins, and those written terms will control over any general reference to a guarantee on the Site.
This is a hands-on coaching program, not a passive service. Any change you experience depends on your consistent participation in the plan, honest communication with your coach, and factors specific to you — your starting point, your existing conditions, your consistency, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on the Site or in this program is a promise of results without genuine effort on your part, and results vary from person to person.
We will treat non-public information you share with us during coaching — including your health history, symptoms, and lab results — as confidential and use it only to deliver our services, as described in your enrollment agreement and our Privacy Policy.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in our program materials, frameworks, methodologies, recipes, templates, the Reset On The Rock name and branding, and all Site content. Subject to your enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program materials for your own personal, household use as described in your tier.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our materials or methodologies to others without our prior written consent.
When using the Site or our program, you agree not to:
Any information you submit through our forms or communications must be accurate and your own to share. By submitting information, you grant us the right to use it to respond to your inquiry, deliver our program, and improve our offerings, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our program may involve third parties we do not control — including testing laboratories, community and app platforms, payment processors, and advertising platforms such as Meta. Outages, policy changes, or failures at those providers may affect the service. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

Results are not typical or guaranteed and depend on your effort, your starting point, your existing health conditions, your consistency, and other factors. Nothing on the Site is a promise of specific health, symptom, or wellness outcomes outside of the specific written guarantee terms described in Section 9, if and when provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reset On The Rock Inc and its owners, coaches, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our program. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Site or the program will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reset On The Rock Inc and its owners, coaches, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or our program, your failure to disclose relevant health information, your decision to discontinue medical care without physician guidance, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Floyd County, Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
