We provide health and wellness coaching designed to help you identify and address the root causes of your symptoms. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you share with us, including sensitive health information.

Our services are provided directly to you as an individual. This Privacy Policy covers information collected through the Site, our forms, our advertising, and related communications, as well as information you share with us in the course of a coaching engagement.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you complete our intake form, book a call, or enroll in our program, we may collect:

• Information about your goals and what matters most to you in your health journey
• Any other information you choose to include in free-text fields

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:

03 Health, Symptom & Lab Data

If you enroll in coaching, we collect health-related information to design your reset plan, track your progress, and evaluate any applicable guarantee. This may include:

• Symptoms, health history, and any diagnoses you share with us
• Functional lab test results, if you choose to order testing through our program or share results from your own provider
• Dietary habits, sleep, stress, and other lifestyle information
• Progress updates, check-in responses, and coaching notes
• Medications or supplements you tell us you are taking, for coaching context only

If your program includes ordering functional lab tests (such as a GI-MAP or similar panel), your sample and results are processed by the independent testing laboratory under that lab's own privacy practices. We receive and use your results only to inform your coaching plan. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the laboratory's own collection, handling, or storage of your specimen or data.

3.3 Not a Medical Record

We are health and wellness coaches, not physicians, and we do not operate as a healthcare provider. Information you share with us is used for coaching purposes and is not maintained as part of a medical record, and we are not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate for the coaching relationship itself. You should continue to maintain your own medical records with your treating physician and share information with us in addition to, not instead of, your medical care.

We use the information we collect to:

• Assess fit and enroll you in our coaching program
• Design, personalize, and adjust your reset plan
• Track your progress and evaluate any applicable guarantee

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Advertising Platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and similar platforms to deliver and optimize advertising, using only non-health information
• Testing Laboratories: Independent labs that process any functional lab testing you order through the program, as described in Section 3.2
• Coaches & Team Members: Team members who work directly with you as part of your coaching engagement, bound by confidentiality obligations

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity

Any third parties who process your data on our behalf are contractually required to handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
